I know it's still somewhat early, but some places are putting them out already. I've been in BR for the last four seasons. What's a good place for some mud bugs? Other than over-priced Ragin Cajun

Anywhere IN the city? (Inside the loop)
I might give that Floyd's place a try in a few weeks.

There used to be a place called Mardis Gras Grill on Shepard right there off of Washington that served pretty good Cajun food including boiled crawfish However I don't know if it is still open for business

You can also check out Woodrow's on Chimneyrock aside from it being an LSU hang out the crawfish they serve there is actually pretty good

Are terrible, unless you like your crawfish bland and your fingers covered in spices.

I know it sounds crazy but check out fiesta grocery store. Buddy and I went by last year and got two 30 lb sacks for $1.99 lb. they were good size and they turned out great.
They also had HUGE shrimp head on for $5.99/ lb. I think they were 8/10 to a lb and they also turned out great.

Big O's in Kingwood (Northpark right past Russel-Palmer road) has boiled + live crawfish that are awesome. Just did a boil today and they were awesome.

If you are asking for boiled, I'm gonna put my vote in for Hanks.
Hanks Crawfish
I have tried a good number of places in Houston both small and large and hanks is the closest I've had to what I can get in LA.
They just taste damned good. I usually get the mediums because I love alot of flavor without alot a heat. But they still have a good "spicy" kick to them going down. Try Hanks, and I don't think you'll be dissappointed.
