Comprised of only current NBA players that were former Hornets, and current Hornets cannot be on the team.
PG:Chris Paul/ Jarrett Jack
SG:Marcus Thornton/ Marco Bellinelli/ Willie Green
SF:Trevor Ariza/ J.R. Smith/ Quincy Pondexter
PF:David West/ Brandon Bass/ Carl Landry
C:Tyson Chandler/Aaron Gray
Did not include Kobe because he never suited up for the Hornets. Also made a roster that would was applicable to the current salary cap. Okafor with one of the worst contracts in the leauge did not make the cut at $13.5M., as well as Chris Kaman. I also had to choose between Darren Collison and Jarrett Jack, and while Darren Collison is younger and has a lower salary with the same stats, Gentleman Jack was awesome. They would be in the luxury tax a little bit but this team is definately a playoff team, I am not going to say what seed. Have one of the best benches in all of basketball with JR Smith, Jack, Landry, Bass, and Bellinelli, coming off the bench. I also put J.R. Smith at SF because other than Ariza there haven't been really any SF's the Hornets have had that are still in the leauge or worth anything.
Just thought this was interesting, still like our current team though.
Emeka Okafor didn't make the cut at $13.5

David Wesley is the best 2-guard to suit up for the Hornets.

EG if I am not mistaken is a current Pelican. I did address the J.R. Smith issue and he would be a small SF at 6-6 (220).

Ah, gotcha. Wesley should be on there. Are we going with Charlotte players as well? Larry Johnson is your 3/4. Kaman over Gray.

I really meant players that are currently in the leauge that if the Hornets had kept it together would still be here. Not all-time former All-Hornets team. Chris Kaman was a salary loss, at $8M hard to figure putting him in over having, Landry and Bass.

I changed the title anybody that saw Former All-Hornets team and saw Okafor, Gray, Willie Green, Trevor Ariza, and Marco Bellinelli would have said same damn thing.
