I think the unlawful ownership of a dangerous dog had a lot to do with it.

Never heard of
I do not handle criminal law, but I 'd be shocked if those charges last any time at all. As far as civil liability, it's like I said before: whatever a judge or jury decides is going to stand up. Being a pit bull is not going to help.

Not my fault you're continually impersonating a lawyer here. Me get over myself? fricking moron.
Moron? You're a fricking dog bite lawyer.

quote:yep. Chained and fenced but that article says the little girl was invited over to play with the kids and was attacked by the dog. Same as my kid but the dog was not fenced in.It was chained to a stake in the ground and was hiding under a car where my daughter was ambushed.
that's what i was saying earlier.

You owe us some facts of the case:
What breed of dog?
How long of a "chain" exactly? And do you know why they chain their dog?
Has your daughter ever been warned by their family about going around their dog?
Not that it means a whole lot but was your daughter aware of where the dog was when playing?

You owe us some facts of the case:
The specifics on the lenght of chain and all that other shite I really don't know about.I didn't bother to walk over and check all that shite out sitting there holding my crying daughter waiting for the ambulance to show up.All I know is my daughter said she was surprised by the dog and she didn't know it was mean.

You could know much of this info by just being neighbors and knowing what they do. I bet you know you just don't wanna say.

Yea, this isn't the time or place for us to ask you questions to fuel our probably incorrect legal opinions.

Times have changed. When I was 12, about 20 years ago, we were having a family reunion at my uncle's house/ranch outside of WM,LA.
A cat bit my cousin as she was petting it. Uncle Bill came on the back porch and shot the cat with a 12 gauge in the middle of the family reunion.
It was Awesome.
