That's actually not a bad idea..maybe that's why we are offering him, since we missed on some safeties and with Curter seemingly not qualifying.

Buster! My apologies!

Hyman is visiting West Virginia this weekend according to their Rivals site.

Yeah well hopefully we get him in one weekend soon after NSD.

Glad Riley got his full ride offer. He seems humble and hardworking. I think he shines.

His attitude is going to be good for the clubhouse. It also can't hurt with John Curtis kids for next year.

I like seeing these young men staying close to home.

per nola.com

According to sources, Riley is expected to accept a full-ride offer Wednesday during an in-home visit with LSU coaches. Riley initially was offered a grayshirt, which meant he would count against LSU's 2014 class and pay his own way through school this fall. But after Riley drew offers from other BCS-level programs and showed a willingness to pass up the grayshirt from LSU, the Tigers ultimately thought he was too good a prospect to pass up for this class.

So this is why we gave a grey shirt to Lawson....

If he commits to us (which I think he will), I feel that he will come here and play with a chip on his shoulder...which is a good thing.

Here's a premature "Welcome aboard" to Duke Riley!

Not trying to rain on the parade, I think duke Riley will be a good player but I think Kenny Young has more upside than this guy

They go to the same school, as well as with Dupree. Yes, Young is rated higher, but Riley is still a good player. Landing Riley only helps us with Young and Dupree.

Riley just said on New Orleans TV recruiting show that he's got a grayshirt offer from LSU and is considering LSU, Tulane and TCU.

I hope the coaching staff will look at this possibility--whether it's Riley or someone else, someone already projected as a corner or OLB will likely have to move to safety, given the lack of #s at safety.
If Riley remains at OLB, he has 4 or 5 players already at LSU ahead of him on the depth chart.

247 shows him already 'committed' to TCU as of yesterday.
