I can go sit in a stand with a 30-06 anytime I want during daylight hours and hunt hogs?

You don't have to be in a stand. You can sit flat on the ground!

Yes
I think you must have a big game license to do this. I always have a big game license so I have never made for sure this was a law but I think it is.

...and at night March-August, with some restrictions.

Can't you hunt them at night as well? Or is that only once deer season ends?
Posted on 1/30/13 at 11:21 am to FelicianaTigerfan
Not only can you, it is encouraged.

Glad I could help you there buddy. Oh yeah, you can also shoot them while simply walking through the woods.

make sure it is not State or Fed land and you are good to go

if on private property, yes.
On public land, must do it within a hunting season, with weapons useable for that season. So, once bowseaon opens, you can bowhunt them from Oct. 1-Jan. 31 or Feb. 15 in some areas. During squirrel/Rabbit seasons, you an use a .22 the whole time to kill hogs.

This is what I need. Or at least one or two people who know wtf they are doing. I got the land, and the yotes, just want to do it right and exterminate the masses

There's no greater stress reliever than blasting the living crap out of a bunch of quadrupeds.
