This is what I expected from the 45-55th minute. Giroud/Podolski/Walcott have been unbelievably productive the start of 2nd halves lately. A bit later than I thought, but it happened none the less

Matter of time. They're about to bust this open.

Messi with the assist on the Cesc goal.
That was all Messi and his hustle

It's amazing how slow ESPN's Gamecast is. I saw the Theo goal on here seconds after the Giroud goal came up on there.

Podolski saw the goal for a second so he decided to shoot the frick out of it. In other news, water is wet.

Impossible. All Messi does is finish. He can't do anything else

He is the most 1 footed player I've seen, so dominantly left footed it isn't funny. How is he on the right? As in the Robben role of cutting toward the center and shooting from the middle on his stronger foot?

Wait, are you talking about the premier league assist leader hendo?

Raphael Verane is going to the best CB in the world in about 5-7 years

He only ever plays on the left for Germany. They used to play him up top with Miro when he was bursting onto the scene but he doesn't cut it as an out and out striker. He's not a bad player, just predictable.
