I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink
Someday When Things are Good
Misery and Gin
For the fans of old country and the way it should be done.

Playing at the Paragon in Marksville in a few weeks. I saw him in Biloxi a couple of years ago.

Whoops! I'll be going to see the Hag at the Phillips Center, in Gainesville Fl. this coming Saturday night. Got to see him at Billy Bob's in Fort Worth last July. He will be 76 in April so I figured I better catch all the concerts I can.

Big City, was a mighty fine album, but all of Hags albums were mighty fine. I truly can't pick a favorite.
There is one that I wish I could get my hands on again but can't remember the name. It had a lot of James Burton, taking lead on the dobro "Hound dog" and the songs seemed to be from the 1930's or 40's. I thought it was from one of his tribute albums, but that's not the case.
I'd appreciate any help in identifying this album if this slim description strikes a note with you.

I agree. I can't think of one I would call bad. "The Way I Am" is beginng to strike a chord with me, more than ever.
I'm just realizing I'm considered an "ole man" to most now days. Don't feel it, but it's true.

The hag has some incredible music. The sheer amount of good songs is what's most impressive IMO
