I am going in a few weeks. I am bring a 12g and some other guys are bring some AR-15s. My question is should i bring slugs or buckshot for the 12g?

depends on the area regulations. it could be shotgun but no slugs. but if slugs are legal, use em. you hunting north, east, or south texas?

Buckshot and bring enough for them cause AR's will be banned by then.

Do you own a regular hunting rifle? That is what I would/have taken.

I'd go with the buckshot. I killed a big ole sow with double ought last year. She only ran about 10 yds.

How good of a shot do you have to be to take one down? I went skeet shooting a few days and I am very rusty.
