What do you want the coaches to do? They gave him every opportunity to be a dominant player.

Son, if you think our offensive staff gives players EVERY opportunity to be dominant, then you're delusional

I don't think Shep is the talent that we all thought he'd be coming out of high school, but the guy could make some plays with the ball in his hands. There was zero creativity in how we got him the ball.

This is an understatement. However, that same comment could be made regarding every RB and WR on our team over the past three years.

This

You don't necessarily have to run traditional offenses with explosive players like RS. Find a way to use him...

Had he been the same exact player with a 3* ranking from the recruiting sites, people wouldn't know who he was. He deserves special plays designed for him as much as other backups like Jarrett Fobbs, James Wright, Armand Willams and Kadron Boone. It seems like everyone likes the guy personally, but PT must be earned. He got passed on the depth chart but I guess we all know Miles likes to play young guys, he has no loyalty towards seniors.

why don't you list the different ways our coaching staff put the ball in his hands. Then find me another player who touched the ball in so many different ways for us. The coaching staff was limited because his passing is atrocious and he can't catch. That removes kickoffs and punt returns. Limits your plays at WR to only running plays. His plays at RB were limited because he isn't big enough to pick up a blitz and was inconsistent catching passes out of the backfield.

The coaches tried to put him on the field a ton of different ways. He was limited because all he could do is run.

You can't start at WR if you can't catch. And you won't get 10 plays at RB if you can't pass block or catch.
