Stew is beef, hearty vegetables in brown gravy over rice. I'm no food expert though, which is why Im here asking for advice.

Tommy Patel, thanks alot for the advice on the meat. What is the best type of meat in the list you sent? Best (in my humble opinion) is flavorful and nearly falls apart when it hits your mouth.
