Anybody have any experience with them, I found one yesterday and it was the only .22 they had so I grabbed it. I'm just wondering if anybody had any feedback on them as far as reliability and accuracy. I would like to use it as a squirrel gun.

Thanks

I like how they look, if that helps?

Most folks say they are pretty good.

Co-Worker bought a golden boy .22 for his son for Christmas.

They are currently on gun #2 being sent back to factory.

Gun #1 would not cycle rounds. Gun #2 had to use a sheet of plywood just to see where the rounds where hitting.

Not saying Henry doens't make a good rifle and they are taking care of the problem. I would just not have expected this out of a 400.00 plus .22 . Hell before Christmas he asked me what lever action I would buy and I told him Henry all the way.

So there can be issues with any gun maker.

Very sweet rifles considering the cost. It's not a anshlutz (sp?) or anything but they are great for plinking or squirrel blasting.

I've heard great things about them and they are beautiful rifles.

I really want a Henry Big Boy in 44 mag though. That thing sounds like a hoss!

A friend of mine has the standard Henry Lever Action .22, it shoots straight, and cycles everything he feeds it. And the action is a real joy to operate. Smooth as butter out of the box.
