Losing the NFC championship game, while leading 17-0, at home is failing

Not really seeing as San Francisco is the best team in the NFC. I know that lead wouldn't last for long and I'm sure most people didn't as well. I was surprised that the Falcons started out that hot but I knew once it got close the didn't have a chance.

Not really

Holy hell. So the Falcons are the #1 seed, playing at home with an inexplicably loud and raucous crowd, with a 17-0 lead against a second year guy who had started 9 games and they shite it away, yet it's no big deal

First, they had a huge lead so saying you were confident AFTER San Fran came back is laughable. Second, Atlanta had the ball inside the 15 with under 2 minutes to go with a chance to take the lead
