When they are in season (late March, early April) I would like to trade a bag for some good Louisiana boudin and andoullie. 10-15lb bag for 10lbs sausage.

I will ship the onions via UPS next day or second day air. The shipping costs each way should be about the same, $20-30.

Anybody game?

The boudin has to be put in a cooler with dry ice. I normally have to pay $50 to have 20lbs of boudin shipped.

In the spirit of trading, In a couple of weeks I can trade 40 lbs of idaho potatos for a 40# sack of live crawfish. I live in alex and can arrange the transport.
