Is that butter lettuce? I'm going to try this with seared tuna. Rouse's always has decent looking tuna filets for a fair price.

Yeah butter lettuce. My wife made lettuce wraps last night with ground chicken. I threw this together today and it was really good.

I thought it was pretty good for just throwing something together... Doesn't cost much over a dollar a serving. Let me know if y'all try it out.

By the way, the shredded cabbage and carrot is just bagged coleslaw mix. I think this would also be good with a little sliced radish and thin strips if cucumber.

Looks good! Will try to remember to give this a try.

My wife make shredded buffalo chicken lettuce wraps tonight with carrots, celery, crumbles of blue cheese, and light ranch dressing. Delicious.
My first time trying lettuce wraps in any form and I like them.
ETA: Will try the recipe you posted soon!

I would use fresh carrots and cucumbers, and cabbage. They are just as cheap, easy to peal and shred.
Also as someone said, this would be the tits with seared tuna.
Why didn't you mix the sriracha in with the dressing? And if you wanted a little more heat why didn't you leave some serrano seeds in there? Just curious.
I'm not a huge fan of canned tuna.

I am sure he was being creative with stock on hand. I love the idea and can't wait to adopt the recipe to my likes. Thanks Mouton.
