Call Tim at Matherne's. They cater and do bartending. Best fried catfish in Baton Rouge.

Chef KD. Google him. He makes some of the best fried fish you can find. It's still crispy and good after sitting in the fridge for 3 days and it is a work of art when fresh. His boudin balls are legit as well.
