Didn't realize that many people in Alabama hunted ducks there to be honest.........

Alot more than ya think. Picture how hard it is in La to get good spots.... Then take the same number of hunters and let em fight for half as many spots. It's hit or miss here. We have good days but a lot of bad days. I'd love to visit La to hunt vs hunting here

Luckily I've got a decent lease to hunt and Swan Creek isn't far from me

Guntersville has a lot of divers on it. Cans, Scaup, lots of Grays. There's some flooded timber to the north near Scottsboro.

If I'm not mistaken..Wheeler Refuge is full of ducks..just can't hunt waterfowl on it. TN river is full of ducks too. Hunted adjacent to the refuge one time...wood ducks mostly.

Every morning while coming onto the Arsenal...I see a couple of pairs of Woodies pass over the road.

I just need a dog and a boat..and I'd be hunting Lake G. Just too damn deep...and I'd have to set up raft rigs.
