The Corsair TX850M is also on sale for $89.99 after rebate and promo code. Corsair is also one of the few computer component hardware companies that send you rebate out quickly. For those interested.
FYI for those who are new to building computers, NZXT is real, real, slow with mailing out the rebate. I'm talking about 6 months slow.

So today is ordering day, and after a week of reading info and research I have changed some things around. I have already ordered the case and PS.
