What about the ST Louis Cardinals?
Was watching OKC-LAL and at the end I for some reason read the credits and saw STL and LSU and thought WTF?

Maybe they were dicks and issued a lawsuit about what video ESPN can and can't use and the outcome was money and a disclaimer in everyone of there productions.

They might've used footage from an LSU game or something, and had to give rights back to LSU for it.

Possibly some old LSU basketball game tape of a former player on OKC or LAL they got from LSU? Maybe.
But if that's the case, how does an MLB team figure in?

LSU copyrighted the use of Purple and Gold

They probably just showed old clips of LSU and the Cards for some reason during the broadcast.

this. It could've been about a former LSU player or even game footage of his team playing against LSU in college.
