Bama fans will say "great hire" since he played at Bama, but they have no fricking clue if he is a legit coach or not.
Well since he was a collegiate and pro CB one would think he'd know how to coach DBs.

There are tons of collegiate and pro players that can't coach worth a lick. Just because you played the position doesn't mean you will be able to coach it.

Great hire, IMO.
Why?

I hope he finds his way back to Tuscaloosa and is able to coach for the Tide one day.
Why? Because he played at Bama? That worked great with DuBose, Shula, etc...

Nah Bama, A&M, LSU, Ole Miss and even fricking Northwestern took the grind to the grave.

You're obviously scared of punctuation so I can see where a hashtag could be threatening.

The Grind is evolving. You being from Texas, you may not believe in that though.

I didn't even know he was in coaching until now.

His last job was the Arizona Cardinals' DB coach.

Yeah you would think State would learn after the arse kicking known as #SnowBowl2012 that hash tags don't work.

And how is that on its own is a reflection of his coaching ability?
Having a job doesn't make you any good at it.

What? So you are saying that you shouldn't measure a coaches coaching ability through previous coaching jobs?
Arizona's secondary was one of the best in the NFL last season.
