Did Monty Find His Closing Rotation?

Gravy
EG
Mason
Anderson
Smith
I say yes. No matter who we play, whos hot, or the matchups, this is a solid closing rotation. Outside of Smitty running people over and Gravy liable to turn it over, this is the most discipline/veteran rotation. 4 1/2 outside threats. 3 slashers. 3 can create their own shot. 2 solid perimeter defenders. However, we do lose some rebounding and defense without aminu and davis. Opinions?
I think the streak could get to 5.

depends on what they need...if they need offense, then yes...if they need defense, then exchange smith and anderson for lopez and davis, probably. at least for now.

My only problem with this is why would you sit the hot hand? Say a guy like Sloan came in and started hitting shots the way Mason did last night. I don't see how you could sit a guy who hasn't missed just because you have a set late-game lineup and want to stick with it.

For now, sure.
But if Davis doesn't eventually replace Smith, there is a problem.

Experience and leadership. Just believe thats an all-around lineup.

Mason is still a question mark. Keep in mind he didn't play a single second against San Antonio.

Exactly. Jason Smith was playing well enough last night to keep AD on the bench for the 4th.

smith and davis is going to be a toss up on who is having the better game, simple as that, because the 1-4 is a solid lineup and just see who is having a good advantage at the 5.

U hav to keep Aminu in instead of Mason if there is a legit big SF on the other team (ex. KD,LBJ...)
