If they can get AD going early, then that should open it up for everyone because the opposing team would have to bring a second guy which will obviously free up someone. I'm glad that monty is really pressing this to his team.

that is on this team? Darius Miller looked less than impressive last night in his first start of the season. Would you like Monty to give him a few games before going elsewhere, have Babbit at the 3 or put Rivers at 2 and slide Evans back at 3?
1. To make sure Davis wants to stay after his rookie contract is up.(showing improvement every year)
2. The team is too good to be tanking
3. Why would benson, demps and monty be cool with tanking, monty is coaching for his job, benson wants a winner and demps spent a ton to get/keep players on the team such as holiday, gordon, evans and anderson.
Bottom line, there is no reason for this team to tank, end of discussion

this game was lost when monty wanted to call that timeout during that run towards the end of the first half, all momentum was lost at that point

Y'all have to remember that he is probably a family man too. Think how hard it would be for his son to go to another high school. I'm pretty sure that weighed a lot in his decision to stay as well.

This game is optimizing what I thought about Evans. Trade Gordon for a something beneficial to this team and start Evans at PG and Holiday at SG. Evans attacks the rim and can open it up for shooters on the outside.

When a team plays as if they can do no wrong for the most part, and then this happens, it really helps refocus them. Look for a new fire put into this team for the rest of the season.
With Davis out, would y'all be against having Aminu start at PF?

Nothing against Anderson, I just think he is a lot more effective when he comes off the bench vs when he has had to start. Also, that position is lot more natural for Aminu, maybe show that he can play that position well and can end up turning him into trade bait maybe?

they aren't going to give up on a lottery pick so quickly
get trey burke, use rivers in the way that the spurs use ginobli, trade for mavs pick and draft someone that can hopefully help the team, sign igoudola and that equals playoffs next year. Also, last time i checked, the pelicans only worked out Michael carter williams and burke so it would be stupid to draft someone you didnt workout
