People who feel it is all player execution haven't got a clue about football at a high level. You have to put your team in the best position to win the game. Otherwise an idiot could sit on the sideline and call plays ... kinda like Miles. You have to out think your opponent ... like other good offensive coaches seem to do. Someone who has offensive schemes that get your team ranked in the mid 80's and makes $4mm is not hacking it ...

If what you are saying is that for the last 5 years LSU has had less talent on offense than 75% of the nation, then that is inexcusable. Too much talent in this state alone to let that happen.. If LSU has the talent but it has not executed for five years, that is also inexcusable. Either way, the coaches have no excuse for what has happened to LSU on offense.

You're right. It has nothing to do with execution. Miles told the offensive line to let mett get sacked all those times in the bowl game. He also told Mett to over throw Landry when he had him open for the first down on that last series. My God, its amazing how people can't see the obvious!
