This is it, he is loyal to his hires, he doesn't know how to let people go even when they underperform. Not that unusual, one of the hardest jobs to do is fire someone

It can be if you're letting someone go for factors other than job performance. When a demonstrated lack of success can be presented as evidence of the dismissal being inevitable then its not all that difficult.

I have the answer...let the louisville guy ACTUALLY CALL ALL THE PLAYS. Just keep your hands out of it Les. Nobody gets hired or fired in this scenerio. Your 5 year track record of futility as our OC will vanish.
