Guys, out of the three major sites (scout, rivals and 247), which site do you think is most accurate regarding which university would have the best recruiting class?
There seems to be alot of discrepancy amoungst the top 10 on each site.
Thanks for the insight and

24/7 seems to be the consensus

Scout ranks the entire class, up to 25, and their points are pretty easy to get.
Rivals and 247 only ranks the top 20. Rivals points are somewhat understandable where 247 formula no one can figure out except the bama grads. 247 has best content but I like to look at scout rankings and believe they are most accurate since they rank a full class and naturally attrition will happen.

I like 247 but I've never had a subscription to the other 3

This. I like LSU's 247 guys but I like the rankings at Scout.

Scout went down in the dumps...what has changed recently?
In spite of 247's ranking system, it's the best...the guys are serious about their work.
Rivals is ok, but don't expect Mike to go above and beyond

This question seems to always be asked on here, but to answer your question, 247 is by far the best. That site seems to be more accurate than the other ones.

Run and created by the founder of Rivals. He was born and raised in Alabaman and grew up an Alabama fan…………………

247 is best at ranking the players. They have the best content.
I think Scout does the best of ranking the teams. Scout's formula, I think, is the most appropriate.
ESPN does a good job, I think, of evaluating college players and teams. So it surprises me that their high school recruit analyses are often way off target.
All of the recruiting services, however, have failed miserably in some areas. For example, Wisconsin and Boise State State have played tremendously in spite of weak recruiting classes.

I know you are asking about the accuracy of recruiting class (which is an inexact science) but let me just say 247 is probably the most in-depth when it comes to everything LSU. It seems Sonny & Shea are almost on-call "24/7" to answer questions about recruits, coaches, players, rivals, scheduling, NCAA rules, or whatever, with answers (usually) directly from the source.
