I don't think we will ever see him take a head coaching job for any other team,he gets interviews but never pans out for him so far,I think he does it on purpose,he is waiting for CSP to retire and he takes this team over...what do y'all think?

If some team throws enough $$$$ at him....he's gone. If someone offered you a job making triple your salary,what would you do?

He would get pushed over as a HC. Unless he has some hidden personality we don't know about

The main reason I don't see him as a head coach is because of his voice.
He has a raspy, shaky, egg-in-the-back-of-his-throat sound that makes him comes across, probably unfairly, as ultra-nervous/unconfident/timid.
Watch this Carmichael interview and pretend his hands are shaking badly while holding a piece of paper: CARMICHAEL
Until he gets a vocal coach, I can't imagine he would ever come across well in interviews to become the face & voice of an organization. He just doesn't "sound" like a leader.

Reserve head coaches can work if you have the right front office and players. Biggest example of this is Tony Dungy.
