We had seared backstrap, corn and Manhattans tonight.

It was good but you're makin me jealous....I made tenderloin, backstrap, roasts and sausage with my deer and forgot about ground meat or chili meat. I may have to get another one now.....

Heineken then Coors light.

Cooked Backstrap/Pork backbone/ Deer sausage.

shite taste great but I'm buzzing.

Tomorrow is the start of me putting out about 800 crawfish traps. That's my vacation this year.
