My dad and godfather both think it needs to be harvested. I think I have to agree with the size of the deer compared size of the rack. It just doesn't look like this deer has much left to improve on and don't need those "rack genes" running around our place.

Hard to tell from just that one picture. Probably a cull, but if in person he looks like a 1.5 y/o, I'd let him walk. 2.5 y/o = Boom
