all those teams under the trend line and 95% CI, particularly in the 30-60 range of recruiting (i.e., the KState's, the Oregons, Oregon States, etc.)show how badly talent is misused by Miles and Co.

he Oregons,

Oregon has had 1 ckass ranked out of the top 15 in the last 5 cycles. You dont know what you are talking about.

LSU is not the most talented team in the country
What makes you fools believe that? Based on rankings alone lsu isnt top 5. Also based on rankings that are biased as all get up, there are 10-15 equally as talented teams in the country each year with another 10 being rt there.

Examples. Lee, Jefferson, Shepherd. Assorted receivers and running backs over the years. It's shocking, if you think about it - LSU has had some very good recruiting classes, ranked high, and some of the higher ranked recruits have been some of the ones who have bombed (I think thru no total fault of their own). Coaching and recruiting are two very distinct functions. Need both to be top notch. At LSU under Les Miles' watch, that is questionable.

Why not do defense or overall?

I would say our overall success is right in line with our recruiting classes.
