$0 paid in interest. Haven't had one with a large sign up bonus.
Amazon card- 65,000 points, had since July of 2011.
Citi Forward- 41,380
Choice hotels- 11,000 but have used 3 times for free rooms.
USAA- 2,000 or some crap, terrible rewards card and only use to pay 1 bill a month.
Not real sure when I want to use them but thought I'd store them up until the wife and I move in a house?

Zero interest. One us bank flex perks card. My wife and I have one and have accumulated 5 free flights in the past 3 years, including one to cabo, over a $600 ticket.

$0 paid in interest
68,000 points on my chase marriott rewards in 4 months. Category 7 or 8 hotels (5 star) are like 35,000 points per night. Once you get 4 rewards nights, you get the fifth night free.
I have stayed a total of 23 nights, gotten 2 free (not using points).

What amazes me about reward cards is that they really only offer it to people with good credit. Many of which pay off their CC monthly. You would think they would want to offer it to the people that have maybe B level credit that will still pay their bills but carry a balance. Of course Im sure there is a good bit of A credit that carries a balance as well. This has to pay off somehow for them.

Negative ghost-rider.
To answer OP-150,000 skymiles on my amex.
Not sure if I have paid any interest though. I pay it off every month but it seems like I was a day or two late one or two months so they probably hit me.

Are you saying that many people dont pay off their reward cards monthly?

The amazon card is okay.
3 on amazon
2 on gas, dining, and department stores
1 on the rest.
The citi forward gives more points but the conversion in $ is way less. For example, the 65k is worth $650. That 41k is worth $330z

I have 45,825 on mine. It is my main card since I got it right when I started college. Now I can't get credit for shite because of my student loans apparently, or so it seems.
The rewards are pretty bad, but I think if you purchase through their online store the rewards become good. Problem is I always forget to do that.

Every card I have as their online store. I made a thread several months ago and those responded said the online stores mark up the products.
What have you seen with USAA's online store?

I'll have to jump in there and see if I can compare some things.

0 interest. Made about $600 last year cash back from amex blue cash card.
Actually going to discontinue the rewards credit cards thing this year. Even though we never had interest charges we had some bad spending habits creeping in.

I've thought of this, too. It's annoying on my amazon card because they used to show the rates of points I could use for a flight. I now have to call in and it makes me wonder if they $ for the points is the same. It definitely was the better way to spend my points.
