Big EZ, I see where you're coming from, but if your QB can't throw a dink pass to a wide open man the jig is pretty much up. The toss dive isn't much easier to complete than that pass. I'll grant you this, though. If Mett has less than an 80% chance of completing that pass, we should run it. In fact, we should never pass.

Dude, LSU started off 7 for 7 passing and went downhill from there. The passing game was totally out of sync, and Mett and the WR's weren't even on the same page.

Do you agree or do you disagree that you play to your strengths? Against Bama, that would be passing the football. Against Clemson, with the clock needing to wind down, and/or timeouts needing to be used....and the passing game out of sync, the rushig game picking up 7 yards per clip...it would be the running game.

On second down, it was just idiotic to throw the football. It was even more idiotic to say you "had" to throw it, and that it was impossible to run.
