Who will be the 2013 version fantasy wise?
I have 2 nominations:
Mark Rogers SP Brewers; Former 1st round pick. Hit majors in 2010 but plagued by injuries... didn't play in 2011. Did pretty good coming in at the end of 2012. Had pretty good k/bb ratios and considering his limited experience has shown he can strike hitters out.
James Loney 1B TB; he has under achieved offensively but now moving to Tampa(he won't threaten to be an offensive mvp though)
Both could be nice pickups at the end of a draft or $1-$2 in an auction.
Any others out there?

James Loney will never be good
I like Tommy Hanson to rebound

Ivan Nova, he improved his k/9 last season just didn't get the results
Hughes if he can reduce home runs will be a solid #3 for Yanks and guaranteed for 15 wins and 150 strikeouts
Dillion Gee from Mets could come back from injury as well
A lot of rebound candidates out there

A biased pick for me is Homer Bailey. It finally clicked in the last year (especially in the second half and playoffs), and he has learned how to pitch in a hitter's park.

I think Ike Davis explodes, but he doesn't really qualify here. He's already a good MLB hitter.

Alexi Ogando - if the Rangers are seriously moving him back into the rotation.
Craig Gentry - 40 SB's if given the reigns in CF
Haven't even began FBB scouting yet. Can't wait.
