Here and there lol
I really enjoy the 21. Hope you do when you finally open it. I prefer it neat...ice melt dilutes the flavor too much I think.

Okay, just popped the top and the first thing I noticed is the smell. It has a very pleasant smell. Forgive me, I'm not a whiskey connoisseur, I'm a newbie and can't distinguish if it has a oaky, fruity, or caramel taste. I'll just say it has an interesting finish. Will sip some more to see if I can give a better review lol

Man... I really dont know how ya'll like that Black Maple Hill. I ended up making bourbon and cokes with most of it Saturday watching football. Just has a very raw finish. WAY too much corn flavor.
I will say, I know the main gripe about KBD is consistancy so maybe I got a bad batch.

350$?!?!?! Wow!
Here's something I was thinking about tonight. Had anyone tried pouring through one of those wine aerators?

18,20,21 are HH juice also. No way can the 22 be $150 better then the 21. All the same juice.

I had a guy I know in Canada call around and he found it for 130 in a store fwiw. I just don't know if I can get it out of Canada from the shop.
And I agree...one more year of the same stuff for 150 on top of 130....idk. Probably priced for tourist.

A superb single barrel bourbon, bottled at cask strength. Blanton's Gold is distilled from a mashbill of corn, rye and malted barley. Each bottle is hand filled, sealed, labeled and individually numbered.

51% is cask strength?
