As long as it's a 'second' home...and LSU is his first home, we're all good.
Of course, he could always cancel his LSU official IF he commits to the bad guys & NS gets upset.
And all this conjecture is, as always, just what we think we know. It's quite possible CLM & Frank do know, or have a very strong feeling. I'd think their looking for someone else @ that position would be a big clue, if they think he's NOT coming.
And it does work both ways. We got Kwon from right under their nose. And Wiliford, and Dodd has transfered away from them to us. Of course, none of them will amount to anything.

Of course, I hope he does!
