Deer meat Meatloaf?

honestly i've only ever had a debri type loaf with ground venison, hearts, lungs, other organs. It was better than it sounds but I prefer a good breakfast sausage to a meat loaf.

I would think you need to add some fat of some sorts to it for a meatloaf. 100% venison is so lean, I can see it drying out quickly in a meatloaf pan.

Made two last week. Mixed 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef with two pounds of deer. seasoned with onion, worcestershire, etc and topped with bacon. Baked on 350. It was excellent.
