If we were Arkansas, I would give it a 9.
We are LSU and have the program to win the SEC, so I give it a 6. Every year brings with it reasons to lose games. You can say we would have done better if we hasn't had injuries, but we also could have lost a few more games and should be thankful that Auburn, Arky, and Ole Miss are currently awful.
Definitely a solid season record-wise but not really something we should consider up to snuff otherwise.

I'd say a strong 8
9 with a bowl win.

Typical Les Miles team. Win a few squeakers, and a loss that really hurts.

But I give it an 8.

I do rank the experience inside Tiger Stadium against Bama a 20 on the 1 to 10 scale though. That night was amazing and one that I will never forget.
I can imagine. I wasn't there, but watching it on TV, Tiger Stadium that night felt like the craziest atmosphere of any game I've ever witnessed. You could feel the insane energy even through the TV. It was unbelievable watching it on TV, so I can only imagine how crazy it was in person.

We should have won the two games we lost.

Winning 10 games in a season where you were favored in eleven games and played at home the one time you were underdog is not an accomplish worthy of much more than a 6-6.5 rating.

Nail on the head. 10 wins with our schedule is/was nothing to get excited about imo

considering the suspensions, injuries (to whom and when) and losing the team goals after the bama game i rate the coaches a 10. as far as the season goes i rate it an 8.

Either you got your numbers reversed or you're joking. How can coaches be rated at 10? They played scared for the first half of the season, I'd argue well below expectations. Even with the injuries, there was no stellar accomplishments achieved. They came around at the tail end of the season, but they didn't win any games they shouldn't have. The Florida game game plan was atrocious and was reminiscent of the national championship game and when we had a shot to close it out against Alabama at home, we couldn't.

I say 7. No div. title. No BCS bowl. Schedule was noticeably easier w/ 8 home games & only 1 non-conf. game vs BCS conference member, a middle-of-the-pack PAC 12 team. Finished 2-2 vs teams in final BCS top 10. A bowl win over top 20 team would bump the # up to an 8.

7. The Florida loss plus the lackluster play all season.

9 for me, kinda thought after last year (13-0 would be hard to repeat. This season could have been a lot worse; however so close to being special. That is SEC football. Next year, I hope we do well . The expectations will still be so high. I love LSU football!!!
