Are you copy/pasting that or is it a recipe you have tried and liked?

That recipe looks pretty standard, is there an ingredient on his list you are worried about? What are you using the sauce for?

If you have a food processor, make your own peanut butter.

Hoisin sauce, crunchy peanut butter, pineapple juice, warm water, and sriracha for heat. garnish with crush roasted peanuts.

My Vietnamese boss says they just put peanut butter in hoisin sauce for their spring roll dipping sauce. He puts a boat load of sriracha in it as well.

I cook a lot of chicken and my favorite of late is getting some boneless skinless breast, using the peanut sauce as a wet base then dipping in panko/crushed peanuts.

Sounds sexy.

I did something similar with garlic, if you look at my picture montage thread.

I found this one online and made it once. It is easily restaurant quality and I was surprised how good it is. Also very easy.
1 can coconut milk
~1/4 cup red or massaman curry paste
3/4 cut natural creamy peanut butter (she is very specific about natural, but you could try regular)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar (also very specific on not using any other kind of vinegar)
1/2 cup water
Heat everything to a boil in a pot, let it simmer 3-5 minutes, then cool down to room temp.
Enjoy..this shite is good
