Probably nothing because Saban has the bling on his fingers to make up for it. And you know what, it could be the same way for us too if we didn't, you know..

Never met a fan that was 100% happy with a program . But at LSU the good does out weigh the bad. All you have to say is the 90's and I guarantee there's not a fan that doesn't cringe.

Did you ask them how their program is doing? If they are in-conference, the only program that has had more success than ours is Bama. Otherwise, they need to look themselves in the mirror before they point fingers at LSU because we are more successful they they are but we don't do it as "pretty" as they do.

If they are a bama person, we are 3-4 against them in 6 seasons under Saban/Miles. Yes, we are 1 step behind them but we are still in the mix and we won't know if they have the upper hand until both coaches leave- LSU could just as easily win 2 or 3 in a row and pull back ahead. Also, if you know a coach who will be more successful than Les, I'd love for you to help Alleva wrangle them in.

Les Miles IS LSU. If you don't like him, and can't quit begging for Saban to jizz on your dry, hanging tongue, and can't understand that some years we're going to lose games to other big programs, (Alabama, Florida, etc.), then yes, you're saying frick LSU!! in the most retarted, hick dialect. And you're stupid. Looking at you Party at LSU

Why in the frick would you say that to me? I'm not a sabanista.

Yeah, criticizing a stupid play call because we want to win the biggest game of the year is in essence saying "frick LSU."

This is awesome.

These are just some of the positions advanced by so-called "Positigers" this week:

- LSU and its fans should be happy being second best in its own division of its own conference.

- LSU and its fans have no right to expect to be the best program in its own division of its own conference.

- LSU can never establish a dynasty, only Florida and Bama are capable of this.

- If LSU loses Miles, LSU won't be able to carry on as a powerhouse and will immediately and inexorably revert to the mediocrity of the 1990's.

- LSU is not capable of hiring ANY MAN in America who could dominate Saban and restore LSU to being the top program in the SEC West. We're doomed to second best

I find it so interesting to see into the mind of someone so delusional. It's obvious your brain is filtering the statements of other and turning them into some outrageous claims.

In your brain things get turned around.

"I'm happy winning 10 games this year" turns into "I'm happy being second best."

"It's difficult to consistantly win national championships" turns into "LSU can't be a dynasty".(Not to mention there are really no such things as Dynasties in today's college football world).

"There is no coach in the country that will accept the LSU job and that can be expected to do better than Miles" turns into "LSU can not hire a coach that can beat Saban. Fans should accept being second best".

Your brain is amazingly damaged, but thank you for allowing us to see behind the curtain.

Sorry, I won't carry on any dialogue with someone who stubbornly insists that LSU was "really" the best program in the SEC last season, despite the NCG result and the combined results of the two LSU-Bama games. It's not worth it. You clearly aren't amenable to reasoned argument. It's the equivalent of debating the existence of a ghost with a madman. Some people are beyond saving.

Please post the combined stats of the 2 games from last year like you did in the last thread. That shite is awesome. You went full Gump in that one. I used to think that only Gumps could manupulate stats and numbers like that.

Do you think it is crazy to think that LSU was the best team in the SEC last year? Ask yourself why you think it's outrageous. They had the same record and split the "series" 1 and 1 except LSU had the better schedule by FAR. To consider the argument as delusional and then combine stats from two different games to further your point is pretty crazy.

Your posts today make me happy. If people like you are upset it usually means something good happened for Miles , and by extension, LSU.

Your posts make me terribly unhappy because they are tantamount to written confirmation that our fanbase is full of loons who are constitutionally incapable of just objectively assessing historical evidence.

Hey, if you want to run about believing that LSU was really better than Bama last year, more power to you. I could never do it with any semblance of intellectual integrity.

Either way, I'll be back in Tiger Stadium come next fall and - through some insane sorcery of football - we'll both be rooting for the same result: NC's for the Tigers.

Um, just to catch you up on the debate here, the question was whether LSU or Alabama was the better team last year (and make no mistake, I'm including coaching in the definition of "team" - this isn't just a pure talent comparison).

Based on the results of the NCG and the the combined results of the two games, pretty clear that Bama was the better team in 2011. I think most observers outside of the LSU community would agree.

It's true that LSU won the SECCG, but Bama won the NC.

Just because you question some of the things that are done doesn't make you a nega tiger. Question whats going on. Because you yell at your kids, does that mean you don't love them? It means the exact opposite! If you love LSU Football and are passionate it enrages you to see some of the sloppy bullshite that goes on. Russell Sheppard's career, revolving door of Offensive Coordinators, late minute game blowing calls, game and clock management, not getting in players faces when they make mistakes.
