What about 23-3 soon to be 24-3, and a SEC title and NC birth? Should that be rewarded? Les wasn't given a raise last year or the year before. In fact, I believe its been since 2007 since he's received a raise. It's market value; he is due.

Should that be rewarded or just expected?
If someone meets every expectation over and over again, and even sometimes exceeds them, should they be rewarded?
