this is what I was gonn say. My dads is a work of art. You almost dont wanna shoot it. If you want something that can be beat around and used I get the 10/22 or the marlin 60 Both are top notch .22s

Wouldn't mind a Henry either. My brother also has a really nice Winchester lever action .22

That's why I didn't get the GB. I wanted to not feel bad if it got dinged up a little. I'll buy one for my god son in a few years.

That's why I'm going to stay away from the Golden boy, I want to shoot it with them a lot. 10/22 looks like a great gun.
