Oh, the greatness of Verte Mart

For reasons beyond comprehension, I found myself, at the last second, without Thanksgiving plans. Looked around for a quick turkey and trimmings dinner in the neighborhood. Verte Marte - roast turkey, dressing and 2 sides, $11. And, enough food to feed three people.
Happy Thanksgiving my friends. Hold your loved ones close. Remember, the ability to forgive is the greatest power that one can give or receive.

She left you, huh brah?
I know how it feels. You'll get through it.

Only time I've been disappointed with Verti Mart is when there is a long line.

Close - left her. Left due to a persistent bitch attitude. Started to feel bad about it especially since it was the night before Thanksgiving, and started to question my own morality. Then, found out that while she was on a trip that I helped finance, and babysat her dog so she could go, she did the deed with a married guy, and planned the trip specifically to meet him. Yep, I was played hard and hung out to dry. But, I'm not going to let the past control my future, and for what little consolation there is, I forgive her but want nothing to do with her.

I've been in a very similar boat very recently. Just got out of said boat in fact. Now I'm on a jet ski.
As the French would say
Le frick that chéating le bitch
good for you. Don't take her back, don't look back, get some strange.

How long were you with her?
Congrats on the cheap eats.

Almost two years we were together. Had our ups and downs, like most relationships, but I stayed true. Amazingly, she wanted me to go to Costa Rica (same place as he infamous trip) early next year to scout out some potential retirement property. Have the paramour's cell number and email address. If I were a vengeful man, the guy's wife wold be receiving copies of a string of emails. But, I'm not. However, I did leave a voicemail letting him know what I possessed and how easy it would be for it to go viral. I assume his turkey day was a blast.

Nay, I am only a man. Nothing more than a brother in arms against that cruel lie they call the love of a woman.

You are a bigger man than me. I don't know if I could have the info that you have and keep it to myself.

You learn not to play your hand.
I've got all the info I need as well, and yet I sit on it.

What good would it do other than to destroy his wife. I'm sure he'll continue to hit my ex, or someone else, so at some point she'll find out regardless. I figure I reved up his heart rate with the voicemail and subsequent email I left.
