I like Ryan Nassib of Syracuse. I think he is just as good, if not better, than most of the QB's you just mentioned.

Most certainly deserves to be in the conversation. Definitely an oversight on my part.

As someone said, it's just a really weak draft class for instant impact type of players. Having said that, depending on where you get then I think Glennon, Doege, Wilson, and Nassib could all be servicable QBs down the road.

None of them are instant impact guys like we've seen recently, but they could be good value depending on where you get them and what your QB situation is like at the moment.

Show me a team with 4 losses whose fans don't think this.

I said this in a different thread 3 months ago and got crushed. Hell be just like every other SC Qb. Get picked top 5, end up being no better than Carson Palmer...at BEST.

If you are going to judge a quarterback, looking at how many losses THE TEAM HAS is a poor way of doing it.

He answered the question. I dont believe UT or Arky fans believe Bray or Wilson are over rated. Bray may have a shitty attitude, but they wond argue about his talent. Barkley is a different story.

Barkley is solid, but he doesn't really excel at any one thing to make him great. He just got really hyped coming out of high school because he got professional coaching at a young age which made him more advanced than most high school kids, similar to Jimmy Clausen.

I remember when the meme was "QB X will be just like every other QB coached by Tedford..."

You don't believe Boyd is a better QB than Barkley?

It happens every single year.

The "analysts" will say this about Tajh Boyd, "I'm not sure he is mature enough," or "I don't think he can handle the complicated offenses in the NFL."

We all know what they are really saying.

Not when discussing which is a better pro prospect. Boyd is entirely to careless for an NFL coach.

Yea I think Griffin's success will help him. I also don't think Boyd will declare so this is likely not gonna matter, but he's much more similar to Griffin in that he's never been in trouble, very mature, well-spoken, etc.

Cam has been successful, too.

You are right. He is like E.J. Manuel.

To be honest, though, that bothers me. I hate that an athlete has to act a "certain way" (if you know what I mean) for a NFL team, scout, or analyst to find them "non-threatening".
