i'm not a Guy Fieri Fan at all, but i'm glad he stood up for himself, i mean he never acted like this place was supposed to be some 5 star restaurant

My parents went to one of his places in Cali and said it wasn't good, but I highly doubt everything on the menu in the city is awful. There's no way. If that was the case, it'd be shut down by now due to zero profits

It doesn't have to be a five star restaurant to serve quality food. The point is that the quality of the food irrespective of what level of dining it offers, apparently leaves a lot to be desired. Virtually every review of the place has been very negative. There's nothing wrong with serving comfort food, diner food, whatever you want to call it, that isn't the issue. The issue is that this place is clearly not a well run operation. People that are fans of Fieri's are going to go there expecting the kind of good stuff he advocates on his show, and they're going to be disappointed because the execution at this place fricking sucks. Most won't make the connection that this restaurant is probably an order of magnitude larger than most of the places Fieri features on his show, which makes delivering consistent quality difficult.
