Yeah yeah .. I've also heard people say the best Italian food they've ever had was at Olive Garden.

First of all, crab cakes are overrated. Secondly, I guarantee you if you go sit on a dock in Maryland and order some crab cakes prepared properly and made with the crab that came off a boat that week you would change your mind.

I'd be willing to bet that most of those Maryland crab cakes are made with Louisiana blue crab. Very few crabs in Maryland are coming from Maryland.

Trust me these are not your bread crumb style crab cake.

I like the food at Olive Garden. And I've eaten Italian food in Italy.

Obryki's in Baltimore was pretty excellent - other places around the harbor were lacking.

Apparently you are quite unaware that crabs are caught all over the state of Louisiana, and then marketed that same week or even day of being caught Drive to Maurepas and learn something about your state.
