No one has really seemed to show any concern yet.

I made the assumption that when Morgan refused to shoot his zombie wife that their fate was sealed and the walkers would soon invade their home and get them both. There's no way that he fired off multiple sniper rounds from that top bedroom window and then survived the onslaught of zombies the piercing sound from that sniper attracted
I still think its possible that he survived. We've seen on the past how they make it clear when people are killed. They left it like that for a reason. Just like they did with Merle, the v black prisoner who set the trap for them, and probably Carol

I didn't see anyone mention the "Sheriff" duffel bag when Michonne was in the Governor's office. Did Rick give it to the Hispanic group in Atlanta helping the elderly group when he left them some guns?
That's a good point. I didn't think about that. I'm pretty sure he did leave it there. I guess that's another area that the Governor raided.

When Rick answered the phone it sounded like he said something to the effect of "we are all dying." Carol would know that so not her on the phone.
When did he say this? All I can remember is him saying "hello" then the episode ending

I didn't look closely at the bag to notice it said Sheriff
I had assumed it was some military stuff which verified michonnes suspicions about the gov killing them after she saw the blood on the humvees

Typed this up as I watched on tape:
1) There are thousands of sheriff bags out there. That's one.
2) I know the TV Governor is way different from the comic Governor, but so what. I haven't read the comics but I get the impression it is a story of absolute CHAOS. Main characters die right away, rape, ect. On TV that would only work as an HBO miniseries. For a long-running series you need a little more structure. And the TV Governor is plenty interesting as he is.
3) Walkers inside the wall, locked up but not guarded? :smh:
4) Daryl is showing actual character development. The first character of the series.
5) Holy shite!!! A moat (of sorts)!
6) Please for the love of God let there be walker babies.
7) You can bet when the ZA hits, I want plenty of Skynerd in the soundtrack.
8) It was an odd transition to the Walker gladiator fight. The Governor works so hard to create an idyllic Woodbury and suddenly they go all Thunderdome.
9) I don't know any spoilers, and I'm in the camp that says the phone was ringing in Rick's imagination. Not the the production crew can't get it wrong, and I'm not basing my assertion on this, but dial phones literally don't work anymore. Gotta be digital.

I rewatched a few points of the episode after posting that to verify a few things. You are correct, he said it in the preview for next week right after the episode ended in the preview for next week. I like the point some one else made in that he may simply be hallucinating. Just before the phone rang, there were other noises including a crying baby.
I did verify the bag said Sheriff on it, so pretty apparent that the governor acquired it from someone

Didn't Andrea flee from the farm with the weapon bags? I think that's where they came from.

I don't think. I want to say that she had nothing and that's why Michonne had to save her arse

She had a bag of some kind.

from a comic reader who enjoys the show a lot, you guys will get answers very soon. dont worry, no spoilers from this guy.
one thing i would like to point out is that the govenor in the show is far creepier (still cant tell what is making him tick) than the comic and i like what they are doing a lot with his character.
also very interested if morgan and duane are ever coming back into the show?

False. My parents have one in my old room that is from way back. Its super loud so they can know the phone is ringing if all the cordless ones are dead.

Did we ever get an answer to who was watching the group from outside the prison fences a episode or so ago??
Posted on 11/12/12 at 10:03 pm to BOSCEAUX
No, but I guess it was the other prisoner who set up the trap in the last episode
Posted on 11/12/12 at 10:03 pm to BOSCEAUX
I'd guess the black dude that tried to kill Rick

I was hoping it was the black dude from season one, I thought maybe he had gotten to the prison awhile back and had cleared out a place for himself and found a way to come and go unnoticed.

Yea I think Andrea took the sheriff bag whenever she was separated from the group. Could be wrong though.
One thing that bothered me about the zombie gladiator fight - I don't think anyone brought it up. The governor said that they took out the zombie's teeth so the fighters couldn't get bit, but they didn't tell everyone else that. How fricked up is it that the crowd are cheering this shite on thinking that possibly one of their stronger males of that group could get bit, and then die? If it were me, entertainment or not, that is incredibly stupid and I wouldn't be cheering along. To lose an asset like that is just retarded. Those people are fricking cult like.

I'm 99% sure she had it in the woods at the season 2 finale. She was out of ammo, though, and Michonne saved her. Michonne's pets carried them in season 3 until they were taken to Woodburry.
