he really is. even if he is telling the truth, i wouldn't mind seeing him get in serious trouble. he doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt.

I normally don't make judgments about people by their posting, but to me you seem like the type of person who would be best friends with Kiffin. By that I mean you seem like a huge douche. You're a terrible poster and you're more delusional than the average Alabama fan. That's saying something.
And frick Kiffin. Lying sack of crap.

If you're a Notre Dame fan, you'll feel this even more strongly after Kiffin de-rails your MNC party.

I'd be all for getting rid of Kiffin right now if there were big time options available like there have been in years past. Other than Petrino, there's nobody out there I'd really be all that excited about hiring that's immediately available. Hold him for one more year, let him bring in another recruiting class, hope he doesn't get us more sanctions, and see who is available next year.

i'd like to see what kiffin could do at USC without daddy's swiss cheese defense ... i think monte rides off into the sunset after this season and lane gets to start fresh on defense ... problem is he will have zero experience at QB next year ..

Oh please, that's the most over-blown assertion and storyline best kept on the SEC rant.
The point was....
The point was you said he has a great resume and YOU can't back that up. His one year at Tenn proves you wrong.
He set that program so far back that they need a great coach to fix what he destroyed.
Fulmer let it drop, but Kiffen laid waste to it knowing he was not gonna be there long. He knew USC was gonna be his in a year or two.
Hell, somebody even brought up his coaching record before USC too. You argue your own point.

I give Kiffin credit for getting the main attention off of giving up 700 yards and 60+ points to Oregon.

His dad is a defensive coach. Lane was a walk-on QB and coached WRs.

I think you mean WR coach for one of the most prolific offenses of all time. Norm Chow's offense set the records, not the BFF offense of Kiffin/Sark.

USC should be able to make someone available.
Who would be your choice in a perfect world?

What big time, proven coaches are coming to USC this year?
The smaller school coaches who I would want (Peterson, Patterson, Mike Riley) all aren't leaving where they're at. It's not like Brian Kelly or Kevin Sumlin available that would clearly leave where they're at.
The best coaches out there right now are Petrino (POS), Charlie Strong, and probably Willy Taggart. I'd be fine with those guys, but it's risky
Haden does seem to be getting tired of Kiffin's shite

Prime Example of how the media handles USC and Kiffin:
Front page CNNSI - Report: Kiffin's future with Trojans in real doubt.
The real doubt comes from an opinion piece by Bill Freakin' Plaschke who opines...if the Trojans lose out, Haden might not want Lane anymore.
But Kiffin brings ratings to sports websites and message boards.

BS I think Lane was deflating footballs on the Grassy Knoll

I really like this guy as a coach. And his system would fit well. The only thing would be that the stage would be so much bigger than where he's at now.
He's also at home right now (not just WKU, the south). He was only at Stanford a short time, and that was just because of Harbaugh.

Completely agree... this is the same guy that was pissed off about the way Penn State treated JoPa...
I really think he's trying to troll but is just awful at it.

USC is by far the best QB school in the nation. I have a feeling they will be just fine at that position.....
