What do you expect ESPN to say?

I expect them to say the better team lost. That we left so many points on the field. That we pulled some boneheaded trick plays for no reason.

If there was ever a game where a team beat themselves it was that one. That was the respect afforded Bama last year.

Heard every bit of it last night.

It was afforded LSU last night. Many butt hurt fans of our program will never feel they get a square deal from ESPN no matter how much praise we actually get.

LSU got more compliments in losing last night than they have in winning most of the year.

I feel for whatever team has the misfortune of facing LSU in the Bowl Game. I'm really looking for something silimar to 2010 when LSU beat the crap out of a good A&M team

I started thinking the same thing, but really I don't feel for any other team. Skull drag them bitches.

ying does not matter they were outplayed; they found a way to win

It doesn't. After being held to basically nothing the entire 2nd half, they march down the field with the game on the line and no TO's. They found a way to win. We were outplayed last year, but won. Same type thing.

Interesting, early in the season, LSU and Bama were listed as two teams that were above all the others. After Florida and Bama, what do you expect? The way to get positive press is for Mett to continue his impressive showing, win out, and win big in a bowl game. Next season we will again be ESPN's darling.

ESPN can say whatever. I like what the BCS is saying right now about us.

Are they really supposed to say we were the better team after one performance? Yes WE lost the game lat e and handed it to them, but with the way we've won close all season to inferior talent doesn't exactly scream world beater. I do however think the LSU team we saw Saturday is the one that had the potential to be there all season. I'm as big of a ESPN hater as anyone, but at the end of the day Bama won and we lost. (Not only that, it was our second loss) If this would have been our first loss, we're still top 5 like they were last year. Different year, different circumstances.
