I'm just doing a quick survey to gauge how much money the board is betting on LSU to win straight-up.

I love to bet small amounts of money on football, when I have a good feel about a game.

I'm thinking of taking LSU and 10 points. I notice lots of confidence for LSU on the board lately, so, I'm curious to see how much money the confident voices are betting on LSU to beat Bama straight up.

If you aren't getting a bigger than even payout (e.g., betting similar to the money line), then this is just silly. Why not take the points when you can get them?

Who in the name of horse shite and camel dicks would bet a game outright without a point spread? Especially with our offense in sputter mode?

$50 with one co-worker straight up and $25 on another co-worker who gave me 10pts and LSU.

Geaux Tigers as I could use the extra $75 for a tank of gas.

Well anyone with a nutsack that thinks LSU is going to win. LSU will be a fairly high payout on the ML.

BIG difference between having a nutsack and being a plain dumbass, especially with the line around 10 points

At +8 1/2 if I were in Nevada I'd put down $110 easy. I'm not a big sports better in general though.

I never bet on LSU, or really college football in general. Too many trap games.

Dude it has nothing to do with being a dumbass.

Notre Dame was like +375 on the ML last week and the spread was 10 points. I bet on the money line for the high payout.

Its not being a dumbass. Sometimes there is simply good value in a money line. This will be one of those times.

No i missed nothing. Everyone could see that ND would legitimately contest OU. LSU will have to play perfect to stay in, and I dont see mettentard growing into a solid qb saturday night

Ok then good for you, you shouldn't bet on the ML.

I see this being a very close game and that it could ultimately go either way, so to take the spread and place a little on the ML has good value to me.
