Muffin tin or a heavy duty molded foil bowl.

Looks awesome!

My wife made something similar to that using a muffin tin. Put a round piece of bread to fit the bottom, line the sides with bacon, crack an egg in the middle and throw it in the oven.

Yeah, baked in a muffin tin.

Looks pretty yummy, but it needs some herbs and sirarcha.

And fresh cracked black pepper.

OOO, and some cheese!

so it's not made in parts and then put together?

precook bacon, then mold
fry egg then drop in

I guess I can get fat with trial and error

Muffin tin, but that bacon isn't cooked enough for me. I'd proably let that cook at bit in the tin before adding the add.

It is cooked in pieces. Look at the yolk and think how long it will take bacon to cook.

They may have used precooked bacon from the store. That stuff just takes a minute or two to crisp up.

That looks fantastic. Definitely precook the bacon in circular molds first. Everything else is easy.

is that bread or sausage on the bottom?

it's seems like pirate's toast:

make pirate toast, then place bread circle cut out at the bottom of the tin, then bake the bacon wall around it, drop the egg to finish?
