I say no higher than #4 seeing the undefeateds remaining, UF, K-State, Oregon. Don't foresee ND making it through the weekend undefeated.

Agreed. K-State would be my pick to win out at this time of the teams ranked above the Tigers, other than Alabama. So if the Tiger pull off the upset, they'll get another shot at UF. I also see Oregon and ND losing down the stretch. SEC champ against K-State in the title game is my guess right now.

I think LSU will start to get first place votes with a Bama win.

Does anyone think there is a loss on Oregon's remaining schedule?

Y'all are crazy if u think Bama is staying ahead of LSU with a loss in Tiger Stadium.

Did we not learn anything about the BCS computers, pollsters and ESPN commentators after last year. It is very possible that we do not pass Bama in the BCS poll with a win. Is this right? no, but we could be looking at 5 in the BCS with a win and Bama be at 4. We still do not know how five of the computer polls compile the data and we all know that the human polls are subject to human bias and error.

To all those projecting Bama at #2, make no mistake that they will drop BEHIND LSU if we beat them.

Most in the media admit Bama have played an extremely weak schedule but keep them at 1 cuz they feel that Bama should stay #1 until sumbody beats them.

LSU moves up to five. Bama is at four.

You fellas have to remember with the NDs and Bamas of the world, the rules are different. LSU wins back to back weeks, falls in the polls.

Notre Dame starts 4-0, they are moved to 1. ND beats a ranked team team thereafter, moved up to 0.

no higher than #4. Bama would be # 5. We would have to beat UF and then hope Oregon drops one. I don't see K State losing, so I think they are in.

If LSU is going to jump an undefeated team at the end of the season then we would need Florida to stay undefeated going into the SECCG. We need Miss St. to keep winning games (losing to Bama is ok) and Bama would need to keep winning after we beat them.

I don't think a 1 loss SEC team jumps a team from the big 12 or pac 12. That is reaching. It is possible, just not likely.

One loss SEC team jumps Kansas State. It won't matter anyways because k-state will lose one they aren't supposed to.

if we beat bama we will move ahead of them without question and to think that we would not is foolish. Bama would not be ahead of Lsu if both teams had the same amount of losses but bama had lost to us. That wouldn't make any sense logically and I am 100% sure it would not happen

I'd actually venture to say 3 or maybe even 2 depending on the computers. Beating what was the #3, #18, and #1 teams 3 games in a row is pretty hard to deny. Especially considering #1 was the defending NC.

Bama will drop to between 5th and 7th - a loss is huge right now. They will not remain higher than us after dropping the head-to-head.

I see you saying this, but what reasoning do you have? Big12 teams, similar to the SEC, are only losing to each other. At least the top ones (TT, OU, UT, WVU). What reason do you have for Kstate to drop below an SEC team?

Undefeated teams from top conferences don't usually drop below 1loss teams. This isn't Boise St. we are talking about, or Utah.

Let's see LSU beats Bama by a field goal (again) and then wins out including the SEC championship against Florida.

Bama wins out also.

Notre Lame, K State, and Oregon all lose one game.

LSU plays Bama for the title (again).
