How big were the scallops? A plate with 3 scallops is tiny, unless they have mammoth scallops

When I cook scallops at home, I usually eat 3

Came with a side of red beans.

Boucherie uses U/10 dry(no chemicals added) scallops so they are the largest you can buy.

I've been wanting to try the place but just haven't gotten around to it. I used to deal with their chef-Nathaniel when I was at restaurant depot and he was always a nice guy. Heard a lot of good things about it on this site and from other people also.
